DELIVERY
As HAR-V is a small independant business, please allow for up to 4 weeks for production.
Once your order has been produced and dispatched please allow for 2-3 days delivery within the UK.
Delivery times for orders outside of the UK will vary depending on location.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
All items are made to order. For this reason, we are unable to accept any exchanges or returns. In addition to this policy, we unable to accept refunds once orders have been placed and payment has been processed.
Please refer to the relevant size guide when purchasing items to avoid ordering incorrect sizes.
HAR-V is not responsible for covering any additional postage costs if your order is returned due to unpaid customs fees or incorrect address information.
DUTIES & TAXES
Duties and Taxes are not included in the final amount at checkout. Any import taxes or custom fees incurred are the customer's responsibily and HAR-V is unable to cover these costs.
